On the one hand I'm part of some LJ communities. On the other hand, Blogger seems to provide some more functionality. Like not having to pay to customize my layout.
We'll see how it goes.
So anyways, to introduce me. I'm a teacher in the greater Toronto area. I'm a Science Fiction and Fantasy fan. Right now, the biggest part of my heart belongs to Doctor Who, but I'm also a fan of Battlestar Galactica and J.R.R. Tolkien.
Now before you go thinking I'm some geek who lives in my parents basement, I also have an interest in Nature, the Earth and the Environment. My first degree is a B.Sc in Environmental and Resource Science. I worked as an Environmental Educator for a couple of years before going to the Faculty of Education. My dream job would be to get back into an Outdoor Ed Centre, but those jobs are few and far between, unfortunately.
